At MrMoustache, we take the privacy of our users seriously. This policy describes how we collect and use your personal data when you use our web forms and the DemoRoom (the account area for structuring songs).
Data we collect
We collect data through the following form:
Contact form
- Name: so we can address you personally.
- Email: so we can respond to your inquiry.
- Message: the content of your inquiry or comment.
DemoRoom account
- Email: identifies your account and is used to log in and to contact you.
- Password: always stored encrypted (hashed); we never store or see your password in plain text.
- Artist name: the name shown on your account.
- Registration date: when you created the account.
- Content you create: the songs, their structure (parts, key, tempo, notes, lyrics and chords) and any audio files you upload as references.
Purpose of processing
Contact form data is used exclusively to respond to your inquiries. Your DemoRoom account data and the content you create are used solely to provide the service: to authenticate you, store your songs and audio, and show them to you when you return. We do not use your data for any other purpose or for advertising.
Legal basis
The processing of contact form data is based on your consent, which you grant by checking the acceptance box before submitting it. The processing of your DemoRoom account data and your content is based on the performance of the service contract you accept when you register.
Data retention
Contact form data is only kept for the time necessary to handle your inquiry. Your DemoRoom account data and content are kept for as long as your account remains active. You can delete your account at any time from the "My account" section; doing so permanently removes all your data, songs, releases and audio.

Data sharing with third parties
We do not sell or transfer your personal data for commercial purposes. To provide the service we rely on the providers acting as data processors listed below.
Providers and data processors
We use the following providers to host and operate the service:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS S3): storage of the audio files you upload to the DemoRoom. Data is hosted on servers located in the European Union (Stockholm region, Sweden).
- Hostinger: hosting of the website and of the database where your account and songs are stored.
Cookies
We use a single technical, strictly necessary cookie to keep you logged in to the DemoRoom. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, nor any third-party cookies. As this cookie is necessary for the service to work, it does not require your prior consent.
