DemoRoom Terms

1. Account

To use the DemoRoom you must create an account by providing an email, a password and an artist name. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account. You must provide accurate information and be of legal age or have authorisation to register.

2. Your content

You retain all rights to the songs, structures and audio you upload to the DemoRoom. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and you declare that you hold the necessary rights to it. Do not upload material that infringes copyright, trademarks or other third-party rights, or any unlawful content. MrMoustache does not claim ownership of your content and uses it solely to provide the service.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Do not upload malicious software or attempt to damage, overload or compromise the service.
• Do not resell or commercially exploit the service without authorisation.

4. Availability and data loss

The DemoRoom is provided "as is" and "as available", with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation. We make reasonable efforts to preserve your content, but we do not guarantee that it cannot be lost or corrupted. We recommend keeping your own backups of your audio and important materials. MrMoustache shall not be liable for loss of content arising from technical failures, maintenance or discontinuation of the service.

5. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the "My account" section. Doing so permanently and irreversibly removes all your data, songs, releases and audio. MrMoustache may suspend or cancel accounts that breach these terms.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MrMoustache shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the DemoRoom, including loss of data.

7. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or in applicable regulations. We will publish the updated version on this page, indicating the date of the last modification.
